This privacy notice explains what information may be collected when you use Carson County Inmate Population, how that information is used, and when it may be shared. By using this site, you accept the practices described here. Official public records reached through sheriff, court, TDCJ, BOP, ICE, or Texas Public Information Act channels are governed by those offices and their own rules.

Search Terms

When you type a name, location, or other search term into a third-party search tool on this site, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Carson County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own systems.

If you send an email or other contact message, we may keep the information needed to read it and respond. We do not share those messages outside the operation of this site unless disclosure is required by law, court order, subpoena, or a similar valid legal demand.
